TOP 40 UNDER 40 NOMINATION CRITERIA.
- Top 40s are the best and brightest in the Country. They are all different but they are all high achievers. They include business people, entrepreneurs, artists, designers, athletes, community organizers, politicians, teachers, inventors and more.
- Top 40 winners inspire us through everything they do.
- Top 40 winners give back to the community and elevate the country through their work, whether it be in their career or volunteer work.
- Person to be below 40 years on the date when winners are published. Candidates who have turned 40 by the time of publication are not eligible.
- Nominees must be over the age of 18 and UNDER the age of 40 on the date when winners are published.
- By entering a nomination or confirming the nomination, entrants accept and agree to abide by the Official Regulations and the decisions of the judging panel which are final, binding and conclusive on all matters relative to this Contest.
- Multiple nominations have absolutely no bearing on the selection panel's decision, so please, no lobbying! ONLY ONE NOMINATION PER CANDIDATE, PLEASE. Quality over quantity.
- By participating in the Top 40 Under 40 initiatives and you win, you agree that your photo/video captured during the event can be used in Top 40 under 40 future events.
